Intel PRO/Wireless 4965/5100/5300 ABGN

I did some work trying to assist Sam Leffler to port the latest OpenBSD changes to iwn(4) over to FreeBSD. This would have brought support for Intel PRO/Wireless 5100 and 5300 cards.

This work has been abandoned and was replaced by a iwn port from OpenBSD by Bernhard Schmidt. His code has since been committed to -current (October 2009) and MFC'd to 8-stable after the 8.0 release.
