Some hints for getting around spam filters:
- Plain text only; no HTML, no images, no multipart.
- Meaningful
Subject:line. - Your full name in 7bit ASCII in the
From:line. - Send mail through the mail server associated with the domain of your e-mail address (use authenticated and encrypted mail submission over port 587).
- If you operate your own mail server behind a home broadband line, make sure you have a static IP address, your reverse DNS is set up correctly and add your server to the DNS Whitelist.
